Properly designed, operated and controlled landfill is, and will remain, an essential component of an integrated waste management strategy for the foreseeable future.

Inert materials that cannot be recycled are disposed of at the Group's Homefield landfill site to reclaim land once used for quarrying.

The Company is proud of its landfill operations and the quality of the large areas already restored and returned to agricultural use.

High standards of site engineering and landfill design allow the objectives of sustainable waste management to be met and the environment to be safeguarded.

All of our recycling and landfill operations are permitted and monitored by the Environment Agency.
