We are looking to recruit a Customer Service and Sales Coordinator to join our busy team based in Guildford.

You will be responsible for dealing with a range of Customers from National Construction Companies through to small, independent businesses and private householders.

Working in a telephone-based sales office, you will have a passion for delivering an excellent Customer experience that will enable us to continue our growth through repeat and new business.

Ideally you will have experience within a Customer Service environment and be able to demonstrate an ability to identify opportunities for cross selling and up selling to promote all the services we are able to offer.

Hours will be a 08.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday and there will be a requirement to work 07:00 to 12:30 one in three Saturdays.

In return we offer a salary of £26,000 to £28000 a year (depending on experience) and you will receive excellent benefits, including Private Health Care, Life Cover and Pension.
